Fabrícia Medeiros is a conductor on a notable rise in the Brazilian scene, having her talent internationally recognized by winning the conducting competition at the II Orchestral Conducting Course La Serena, Chile, in 2022.
She has been a guest conductor with groups such as Camerata Fukuda, the Youth Orchestra of the State of São Paulo, and the leading artistic groups of the Guri Santa Marcelina Project, including the Children-Youth Symphonic Band, Youth Symphonic Band, and the Symphony Orchestra of the capital; Bauru Symphonic Band and Jundiaí Symphony Orchestra, and served as assistant conductor to maestros Rodolfo Fisher, Fábio Mechetti, Valentina Pellegi, Ana Beatriz Valente, and Roberto Minczuk.
In January 2024, she was a guest conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of the University of La Serena - Chile.
She participated in the 53rd International Festival of Campos do Jordão, having as teachers Rebecca Tong, Wagner Polistchuk, and Henrik Schaefer, and also actively took part in the 14th Orchestral Conducting Laboratory of the Minas Gerais Philharmonic Orchestra, with professor and maestro Fábio Mechetti.
Fabrícia Medeiros holds a degree in Orchestral Conducting from EMESP Tom Jobim, where she studied under the guidance of maestro Cláudio Cruz, with whom she is an assistant conductor at the Youth Orchestra of the State of São Paulo, and has a bachelor's degree in Clarinet from the Mozarteum College of São Paulo.
